Vatsal is a dedicated Physical Therapist passionate about helping individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence. His journey into rehabilitation began with a personal Achilles tendon injury—an experience that ignited his commitment to guiding others through their own recovery. He did his Bachelor’s of Physical Therapy from MUHS in Mumbai, India. Now completing his Master’s in Exercise Science at LIU Brooklyn, Vatsal specializes in biomechanics, functional movement, and sports rehabilitation.
With hands-on experience treating athletes, post-surgical patients, and individuals with neurological and orthopedic conditions, Vatsal takes a comprehensive, patient-centered approach. During his internship at PT of the City, he worked with ACL injuries, vestibular dysfunctions, and MACI rehabilitation, while also receiving specialized training in pelvic floor therapy. His expertise extends to injury prevention, core training, and functional movement techniques designed to enhance performance and long-term well-being.
As a former sprinter, Vatsal understands the physical and mental toll injuries take. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, dealing with chronic pain, or striving for peak athletic performance, he ensures you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way. His evidence-based techniques and personalized care make him a trusted partner in your recovery journey. Beyond physical therapy, Vatsal is an avid traveler who dreams of having every country’s stamp on his passport, sports enthusiast who likes to play every sport he can learn, Volleyball being his favorite, and a community advocate. He co-founded the Rotaract Club of Medicrew, an NGO focused on global healthcare initiatives and actively supports social causes. His well-rounded approach to life and rehabilitation reflects his belief in movement as a tool for transformation.
