Urvisha Ghevariya, PT, MS

Urvisha, is a highly skilled and knowledgeable physical therapist with a strong academic foundation in physical therapy. She holds a Master of Science in Exercise and Health Sciences from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India. Her comprehensive education has equipped her with a deep understanding of physical therapy principles and evidence-based practices, enabling her to provide personalized and effective care for a wide range of patients.

With over three years of clinical experience in India, Urvisha has worked in diverse healthcare settings, specializing in orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, sports rehabilitation, and post-surgical care. During her time in India, she successfully treated patients using specialized rehabilitation techniques such as Kinetic Control and the VASA Concept. In the United States, Urvisha further expanded her expertise by managing comprehensive outpatient care in New York, where she treated post-operative conditions, including ACL reconstruction, joint replacements, meniscal tears, and other orthopedic issues. She also worked with sports injuries, helping athletes recover and enhance their performance. Urvisha’s diverse experience, which also includes working with pediatric, geriatric, and neurological patients, allows her to design individualized treatment plans that optimize outcomes and help patients regain their prior level of function.  

Outside of her clinical work, Urvisha is known for her outgoing and joyful personality, which creates a welcoming and supportive environment for her patients. She enjoys a range of personal interests, including listening to music, watching various TV shows, and pursuing her passion for adventure and travel. Her love for exploring new destinations enhances her cultural appreciation and broadens her global perspective. Additionally, Urvisha has a deep passion for photography, capturing moments to preserve as cherished memories.
