Hi, I’m Julia Nappier, a recent Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) graduate from Marymount University in Northern Virginia. My passion for helping people move better and feel their best has guided me through diverse clinical experiences, including working with orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients. I enjoy creating personalized treatment plans that restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life for the people I work with.
One of the most meaningful experiences during my studies was traveling to Panajachel, Guatemala, where I provided physical therapy care to underserved communities. This experience not only allowed me to grow as a clinician but also deepened my appreciation for connecting with people from different backgrounds and making healthcare accessible to all.
Outside of PT, I love staying active through running, attending workout classes, and trying new sports (currently into tennis). I’m also an avid foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisines, always on the lookout for my next favorite dish. In addition to my love for food, I have a passion for traveling and discovering new places—whether it’s exploring a nearby trail, a bustling city, or an entirely new country, I find inspiration in the adventure of it all. I’m excited to bring my skills, energy, and patient-centered approach to a healthcare team where I can help others achieve their movement goals and improve their overall well-being.
We pride ourselves on providing the most personalized physical therapy experience—setting a new standard of care that combines best-in-class clinical care with a patient-first mindset.
