Yesha earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Sciences in Philadelphia. During PT school, Yesha often utilized her growing skill set while volunteering at the pro bono outpatient clinic which allowed greater access to services for the underprivileged population. Her professional interests and clinical experiences include everything from pediatric to geriatric populations but specifically pelvic health, lymphedema management, joint replacements/orthopedics, balance training, pulmonary and cardiac rehab, and neurological conditions. She uses a combination of manual techniques, personalized therapeutic exercises and functional training to create a therapy plan personalized for each client.
Yesha is driven by her desire to improve the quality of life for her clients whether it’s getting back to work, sport, or other interests. She has worked in a wide range of settings including inpatient rehab, acute rehab, home health, outpatient clinics, and residential facilities for those with disabilities – she truly has experienced all diagnoses in every stage of healing from acute to chronic. It wasn’t until after COVID that she discovered her passion for educating and challenging her clients – outpatient therapy provides the optimal opportunity to do so. She has been teaching nursing courses on safety/mobility and providing training to family members who care for clients that are not back to themselves just yet.
Growing up, Yesha loved to dance and do creative crafts keeping her physically and mentally active! In her free time, she spends time with friends and family creating new memories. She also enjoys reading, music, traveling, and volunteering in her community. She is also interested in continuing her therapy education and gaining certifications in her areas of interest.
