Jordan received her Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University. While at NYU, she was involved in research using virtual reality to explore how sound affects postural control and standing balance. Jordan is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).
Jordan has experience working with patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her clinical background includes general orthopedics, hospital-based rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries. She enjoys working with a diverse patient population, using a combination of therapeutic exercises and manual techniques to help patients reach their full potential. Jordan strongly believes in physical therapy as both a preventive and rehabilitative tool to optimize health and performance.
Outside of her professional life, Jordan is an avid runner and has completed four marathons. She enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with friends and family, and exploring new restaurants. Jordan is always eager to hear recommendations for the next exciting dining spot to try out!
