Originally from Niskayuna, NY in the Capital Region, Soja earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science degrees from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Throughout his course at Northeastern, Soja has experience working within a vast number of clinical settings. Throughout his clinical rotations and internships, he was able to gain experience with vestibular, post concussive, spinal cord injury, orthopedic, and post surgical patient populations. After graduating, he worked in Washington D.C. for Medstar Health at an orthopedic outpatient clinic for 1.5 years where he also started treating post concussion cases as well. Soja believes physical therapy is so much more than just a career; Physical therapy serves as a way to give back to the community he surrounds himself with and provide accessibility, resources, and knowledge about improving someone’s quality of life.
In his free time, Soja loves to go thrifting, finding new food spots around the city, playing soccer, running, and spending time with friends and family.
